What Apple Weather offers
The official Weather listing on the App Store describes hourly conditions for the next 10 days with temperature, wind, humidity, and UV index, minute-by-minute precipitation for the next hour, animated weather maps, notifications for rain or snow about to start or stop and for severe weather, air quality, widgets for the Home Screen and Lock Screen, Siri, and favorite locations synced across Apple devices. It is free and made by Apple.
Apple documents the app in the iPhone User Guide and notes that some features, such as severe weather alerts, air quality, and next-hour precipitation, are not available in all countries and regions.
Where Bold Weather starts
Bold Weather puts fewer numbers on the screen at a larger size. The temperature and a plain sentence come first, the hourly and 10-day forecasts are lists, and alerts are shown large with the agency named. The app has no ads or account, and its type follows the iPhone text size with no cap.
Both apps show weather from Apple Weather, the weather service built into iPhone, so the forecast numbers are the same. The difference is how they are presented.

Open Apple Weather at the text size you use. Read the current temperature, then find today’s high and low, then find the chance of rain. Notice how many numbers share the screen and how large the smallest of them is. Then read the same three things in the Bold Weather preview.
